knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. He was able to save my existing
flooring and match the new flooring beautifully, although a previous
installer had stated that they could never be matched well. The floors are
gorgeous and it is obvious that attention was paid to every detail. Our
floors were done while we were away on vacation, and I was able to
communicate with Isaac while we were away. It was comforting to know that
Isaac went out of his way to handle a problem with our stair company so
that we would be pleased. His crew also was able to silence a rather
pronounced squeak in the floor. I found his fee quite reasonable. Isaac is
